HOTEL REVIEW: Hop Inn Carnarvon and Galaxy Macau

After 3 months, I will finally blog about our first out of the country trip with our Baby Girl.

Lahat ng gagawin at pupuntahan sa trip na ito ay ON TIGHT BUDGET. Hehehe. But seriously, simulan mo na sa promo plane tickets. Mahal na mahal ko na ata ang Cebu Pacific! We got our round trip tickets around Php7000.00 only at yan ay para sa 2 adults 1 infant and 40kl baggage. That's a super steal.

I was still working around October and hindi naman super busy so from time to time I was able to check on places to go at i-check na rin kung magkano ang entrance fees and stuff. Of course, una ang hotel for 2 nights in Hong Kong and 1 night for Macau. As advise ng mga taong nakapunta na sa HK, we don't need an expensive hotel since jam-packed ang itinerary namin. Cousin Grace told me about this Hop Inn. I checked it out and definitely my type. Hindi talaga siya hotel, it's a hostel but a very modern one. Here are some pictures from their website:

Though hindi ganyan ang room namin. Ours is just a plain white room na same nitong teal colored room. They have 2 branches: Hankow and Carnarvon. We chose Carnarvon na parang isang tumbling lang from Nathan Road. Super ok kase we only have to walk 2mins para makapunta sa MTR station at may 7-11 sa baba. Rooms cost about Php3000.00 for a double room per night. Other rates you can check here. 

For Macau, naisip ko na mas bet ko mag staycation kaya go look for a nice hotel. While checking the attractions in Macau, nasight ko na popular sa ngayon itong Galaxy Macau. Gandara naman talaga. I checked their rates and not bad. I got a room for Php7000.00/night dahil sa early bird promo ata yan. Same with booking sites. Eto ang pasabog na facade ng Galaxy Macau:

 Eto ang actual room namin. Bonggels ang glass wall by the tub. Lavvvet! Everything sa hotel na ito ay beautiful. What can you expect from a 5-star hotel? Di ba, class. May pasabog pang madame itong Galaxy which you will see when I get to the Macau part of this blog.
